"I don’t know what to do next."

This week, I sat down with a business owner. We didn’t start with strategy. We didn’t start with numbers. We started with this: “I’m overwhelmed. I need more time. I need to increase revenue… but I don’t know what to do next.” He said it fast. Like he’d been holding it in for a while. From the outside, his business looks fine. Team in place. Work coming in. Phones ringing. But as we talked, the real picture came out:
